GIS PROGRAMMER / ANALYST
We are seeking a GIS Programmer / Analyst for in-house employment. Required knowledge for a GIS PROGRAMMER / ANALYST:
- 4+ Years professional GIS experience
- 2+ Years Experience with ESRI ArcGIS Server administration
- Strong GPS data collection and processing skills
- Data Management Experience
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- C# or VB.Net 3.5-4.0
- ASP.Net
- Ajax, jQuery, Javascript
- Flex 4.5 & ActionScript
- Microsoft SQL Server & stored procedures
Ideal candidates will also have:
- experience with ESRI Mobile application development
- Expert in using Eclipse SDE
- Knowledge of standards and deployment experience of apps in Marketplace
- Solid understanding of the Android Operating system, APIs, and custom images
- Experience building custom Linux kernels is a plus
- Knowledge of boot loaders, recovery images, and Linux drivers

SMART DEVICE DEVELOPER
We are seeking a SMART DEVICE DEVELOPER using Windows Mobile for in-house employment. Required skills for a smart device developer include:
- .NET Compact Framework
- C# or VB.Net 3.5-4.0
- Microsoft SQL Server & stored procedures
- knowledge of Vista DB a plus
- Ability to develop custom device drivers
- knowledge of web transfer protocols a must
- Experience in GPS/GIS is valuable
